קורס 3 כוכבים הינו קורס המתאים לצוללים חופשיים בעלי ניסיון בצלילה חופשית, המעוניינים לשפר את יכולותיהם וללמוד כיצד להתאמן בעצמם בעתיד ואף להכין את עצמם לתחרויות ודייגים בצלילה חופשית המעוניינים בשיפור זמני התחתית, עומק הצלילה, טכניקת התנועה במים וברכישת כלים לצלילה חופשית בטוחה ויעילה יותר.

שיעורי התיאוריה יכללו:

האימונים במים יכללו:

• בניית ויישום טבלאות אימונים סטאטיות היפרקאפניות והיפוקסיות אישיות לשיפור משך עצירת הנשימה המירבי וזמני תחתית.
  
• שיפור טכניקה בעצירת נשימה דינאמית.
  
• טכניקות השוואת לחצים מתקדמות.
  
• שיפור טכניקת תנועה בצלילה חופשית במשקולות קבועות ושימוש נכון בציפה.
  
• אימוני הצלה והצלה עצמית בצלילה חופשית.
  
• הכנת הגוף וביצוע צלילות עומק, עומקי עבודה - 22 עד 32 מטרים.
