שלום לכולם,

- ג'ינג'ר טרי פרוס
- מלח ופלפל
כסו את הסיר והניחו לטעמים להתערבב.
לאחר מכן, סננו את השאריות והפרידו אותן מהנוזל.
הוסיפו:
- אפונה
- שרימפס נקיים (ללא קליפה)
- שמן זית
- איטריות שעועית
- אבקת צ'ילי לפי הטעם
והמשיכו לבשל על אש קטנה עד שהאטריות מוכנות.
