- תמנון
- 1 ק"ג תפוחי אדמה קטנים
- 1 בצל

ההכנה:

נקו את התמנון ושיטפו אותו היטב במים. קלפו את הבצל וחיתכו X בראשו (השאירו אותו שלם). בשלו את התמנון במים יחד עם הבצל. הוסיפו מלח למים אר לאחר שסיימתם לבשל את התמנון. התמנון צריך להיות רק כמעט מבושל, ולא מבושל לגמרי.



שיטפו את תפוחי האדמה הקטנים ובשלו אותם שלמים במים עם מלח. כמו התמנון, תפוחי האדמה צריכים להיות רק כמעט מבושלים. קיצצו את השום והכוסברה היטב.



הפרידו את זרועות התמנון ואת הראש והניחו אותם על תבנית אפיה. כסו את התמנון עם הרבה שמן זית, השום והכוסברה הקצוצים ומעט פלפל שחור גרוס. הניחו את התבנית בתנור שחומם מראש לטמפרטורה של 180 מעלות למשך כ-30 דקות.



שטחו את תפוחי האדמה מעט בעזרת ידיכם, והניחו אותם על תבנית, או גריל, מעל התבנית עם התמנון. לפני ההגשה, הניחו את תפוחי האדמה מסביב לתמנון.
