היום צללתי בחוף נסיכה, היה מדהים, יצאתי מהמים להפסקה קטנה ונכנסתי שוב, בעומק היה קר [20 מטר]
אבל ככה למעלה היה כיף

לי יש חליפה 5 מ"מ שחורה ולא היה לי איתה חם מידי גם באילת באוגוסט כשהיו יותר מ40 מעלות בחוץ...אמנם בצלילות הראשונות לא השתמשתי בכובע אבל זה החזיק רבע שעה ונהיה לי קר...אולי אני מקרה חריג - מדדתי 7% שומן (כשהמדדים התקינים לגיל והמשקל שלי הם 15-22%) .

בגדול אני חושב שאי-אפשר להגיד למישהו "תקנה 3 ולא 5 כי יהיה לך חם"
כי כל אחד עם הגוף שלו ואיך שנוח לו. ככה שתקנו מה שטוב לכם !
