שלום לכולם!!
בסופ"ש לפני שבועיים ירדנו יריב ואני לעשות קורס עם גד לוי. באילת הצטרף אלינו חבר נוסף בשם עופר. התחלנו בלימודי תיאוריה ובהתמודדות עם הקור (יחסית לאילת...) ואחה"צ יצאנו לסשן של שעתיים בסטי"ל, בים גלי מעט, אבל עם ראות לא רעה בכלל:

עופר התקשה בפימפום ונאלץ לצאת אחרי זמן קצר יחסית... כשחזרנו למועדון גילינו שהמסכן מצא מועדון סגור, ירד מהחליפה ורץ על החוף כדי להתחמם
אח"כ המשכנו עם התיאוריה עד שהעיניים נעצמו וקבענו להמשיך למחרת עם סשן בריכה...
בבריכה (המחוממת ) עשינו אימון סטטי ודינמי, כדי שנבין את העיקרון. האימון היה מאד מיוחד, והתנאים הסטריליים עזרו לי לשבור שיא סטטי - 3:45 ד', אפילו שגד "עבד" עלי עם הזמנים תוך כדי התרגול .

אח"כ חזרנו לסטי"ל, הפעם הראות הייתה טובה יותר, והצלילות מוצלחות יותר...






המשכנו עוד כשעתיים בצלילות בסטי"ל, תוך כדי שיפור טכניקות "בירווז", פימפום, תירגולי חילוץ והצלה ועוד.
כולנו הרגשנו את השיפור, שנבע בעיקר מתחושת הביטחון והנוחות שגד נסך בנו. גם יריב שבר שיאים אישיים כשירד לסיפון הסטי"ל ב-20 מ':
