שלום לכל החברים,
השבוע סיימתי את הקורס המתקדם בצלילה חופשית, והרי לכם הסיכום.
אם החלטתם להגיע לקורס הזה כדאי שתבואו מוכנים, מוכנים למה?
בשלב הזה שבו עוברים את הקורס אל תצפו שיאכילו אתכם, המטרות של הקורס הזה הן הרבה יותר חשובות מלהעמיק או לעצור את הנשימה לזמן ארוך יותר.
הקורס הזה בא כדי ללמד אותך כיצד לאמן את עצמך להיות צולל חופשי טוב יותר, בכל הרמות.
בקורס שעברתי הייתה הקפדה על הטכניקה וקיבלתי המון הסברים על הדברים הקטנים ששינו את הצלילה שלי לצלילה איכותית יותר, מדוייקת ויעילה יותר.
אחד הדברים הנוספים שלמדתי היטב בקורס שלי והוא, איכות הצלילה קשורה בקשר הדור עם איכות הסייפטי שלך, בכל התרגילים שביצענו הייתה משמעות מאד גבוהה לאיכות האדם שעשה סייפטי או אימן, והרבה מההצלחה של הצןללים הוכח ע"י סיוע מוצלח של הסייפטי.
ואפילו בדינאמי ירון החליט להתאמץ יתר על המידה והצליח להפעיל את רע ולהחזיר אותו אל פני המים לאחר שהוא נוגח במשקולת התחתית, רע דיווח על ריקודים לטיניים שהזכירו לו שהצולל שלו צריך סיוע.
כמו כן גם בסטאטי קיבל ירון עידוד מהמאמן שלו והצליח להגיע לזמן מרשים של 4 דק' ו26 שנ'
ושיפר את הזמן שלו מ 3 דק' ו11 שנ', כל הכבוד לירון.
היה סןפ"ש מגניב לגמרי ואפילו החברים סעדו את ליבם בתבשיל בקר וחיטה מהחריפים שנעשו בתקופה האחרונה.
אני יצאתי עם המון מסקנות מהקורס הזה מה שהפך אותי לצולל ספורטיבי יותר וגרם לי לבנות תוכנית לבניית כושר צלילה ברמה גבוהה יותר.
